Welcome to YOUR cooperative. Unlike most other companies, Tanner Electric Cooperative (TEC) was formed and is owned entirely by you and the other members we serve. Our purpose is not to maximize profits for shareholders - we are non-profit. Our mission is to provide reliable and competitively priced electricity to all persons and entities within our service area in order to maintain and improve their quality of life, now and in the future.

We exist for the long-term benefit of our members. We encourage you to be active in your Cooperative. Strong co-ops need active members. We are here to help you. * Residential Utility Easement Agreement: Please complete and mail this form (PDF). King County and Pierce County recording departments require original, executed paperwork- no copies or scans will be accepted.

For residential applications, a $300 non-refundable estimate fee is due when you submit your application. This fee will be applied toward the construction cost should you follow through with your estimate and add a new service. Mail a check or money order to the Tanner North Bend office and include "new estimate fee" in the memo line.

Business / Commercial Application

A non-refundable deposit is required for commercial applications and will be determined by TEC Engineering.

Transfer Service

This form is for transfers between existing service locations/addresses already on our system.

Altered Service / New Construction

This form is for existing electric service that you want to alter or requires the construction of a new powerline.
