Energy Efficiency Incentives

Prime Window and Door Replacement Program:

*Eligible for homes (site built or manufactured homes) with forced air electric furnaces, electric baseboard, electric wall heaters or electric ceiling cable.

*Eligible homes must have pre-existing windows that are Single pane (any frame type) or double-pane metal frame

Single Family Homes

• New windows with a .30 or less U value:

Current Incentive $6 per sq ft

• New windows with a .22 or less U value:

Current Incentive $8 per sq ft

Multi-Family Homes

• New windows with a .30 or less U value: Current Incentive $12 per sq ft

• New windows with a .22 or less U value: Current Incentive $16 per sq ft

Insulation Program

*Eligible for homes (site built or manufactured homes) with forced air electric furnaces, electric baseboard, electric wall heaters or electric ceiling cable*

*Incentive amount varies depending upon the amount of insulation added to the existing R- value of the wall, floor, and/or attic. *

Single Family Homes (Must have low or no existing insulation):

Current Incentive   $.06 up to $2 per sq ft

Manufactured Homes (Must have low or no existing insulation):

Current Incentive   $.06 up to $2 per sq ft

The Heat Pump program helps reduce residential members' heating costs and improve their homes. Electric heating costs can be reduced by 25% to 50%, plus customers receive the added bonus of air conditioning. Below is a list of the current rebates offered by your energy partners, Bonneville Power and Tanner Electric Cooperative.

Before installing any upgrade ensure the new unit is on the qualified list for reimbursement and the contractor meets the eligibility requirements by contacting  Units installed that do not meet all the Bonneville Power requirements are not eligible for reimbursements. Residents with gas or propane as the main heat source are not eligible. If you have a unit installed without proper pre-authorization or certification or do not use a qualified technician, it will compromise the eligibility for reimbursement.

Trained Ductless Heat Pump contractors must install the equipment.

1.25 Com'l Ductless Heat Pump PTHP Form

1.25 TEC Coml Heat Pump Form

The goal of this program is to help customers reduce their electric water heating costs. Heat Pump Water Heaters can reduce your water heating costs up to 50%.

The incentives to install Heat Pump Water Heaters range from $700- $1,100 depending on the size of the unit installed.

Please contact Kandis Bray with Evergreen Energy Partners at 971-245-3280 before installing any upgrade to ensure the new unit is on the qualified list for reimbursement and the contractor meets the eligibility requirements. Units installed that do not meet the Bonneville Power requirements are not eligible for reimbursements. After the fact installation without the proper certification are not eligible.

Purchase and submit the Advanced Smart Tstat Project Form and the Purchase Receipt to Tanner Electric Cooperative.  You will receive the INCENTIVE in the US MAIL in about 4 weeks.
