Anderson Island Updates

All power is restored.

An outage has been reported on Paine Rd and Mathews. Linemen has been dipatched and I will update this as soon as I get more information. Thank you.

 

 Jan 24th 1:20am-All of the Island is energized as of early this morning! If you do not have power please call the office and let us know. Thank you for patience and support.

Jan 23rd-8:15PM Matthews Way, Hillcrest,Tahoma,Brandt Rd, Higgens Cove and Otso Point (except one UG feed for 3 accts). One crew is working on Paine Rd now as other crews are working on individial transformers and taps.

Jan 23rd-5:05pm -134th Ave is back on line. Crews are still working on Hillcrest and Tahoma. We will begin working on Matthews Way at the end of Riviera Dr. shortly. As soon as the Tahoma/Hillcrest crew is done they will move on to the individual transformers and taps. All four crews will be working through the night. Our AMI system reported 52 meters are out of service at this time.

January 23rd 2:30pm- Oro Bay Rd and Dahlgren Rd have been restored. The crew has moved on to 134th Ave. We also have a crew working on Hillcrest and Tahoma areas.

January 22nd 6:40pm~Country Club Dr, Madrona, Island and Olympic Dr have all been restored. Crews have moved on to individual taps along Lake Josephine Blvd and Brandt Rd. Lyle Point is still being worked on.

January 22nd 3:45pm~Anderson Island still has 364 members without power. Since Saturday night the development around Harbor Rd is on, the development around Davenport and almost all streets off Suncrest are restored. Seaview Dr, Pioneer Dr and Cole Point Dr are 100% restored. Crews are currently working on Country Club Dr, Lyle Point and Sandberg Rd area.

January 22nd Sunday 8:45am----- Many areas of Anderson Island are still out of power. We will have 4-two men crews working on Anderson Island tomorrow and the next few days until the power is fully restored.    Thank You to all the members who have been supportive and called in to notify us of downed trees and lines.

11:00 PM Friday January 20th----- Mainland power came on this evening. As on right now we have about half of the island on. The crews will be shutting down around midnight and start first thing in the morning. We are expecting restoration to take 3 to 4 days. We are still working to get extra crews as soon as they are free from other utilities. 

9:00 am Friday January 20th -------The Island crew is working on main line repairs today. We are also working on getting a contractor to assist in repairs. No word on estimated time the PSE line will be reenergized. As soon as information is available it will be posted here. All 1,100 members are off at the current time.

 

1:00 pm Thursday January 19th The Anderson Island service area has been severely hit by the current ice storm. Our crews are working in the area in rebuilding overhead lines that were damaged during the recent storm. We are currently estimating that 60% of the island is off. Please check back often to receive updates. 

1/19/12 5:00AM- Tanner crews have been working throughout the night to restore the many outages we have had on the Island last night and this morning. Due to the freezing weather and dangerous conditions we are calling our crews in and will return to work after daylight and safer working conditions. Thank You for your understanding .

 We know there are members with out power on the Island we will work on getting the power restored as soon as possible.
