Ames Lake UpdatesTuesday Jan. 24th 2012 7:20pm An outage has been reported in Ames lake Off of Union Hill Rd and 264th. A linmane has been dispatched. I will update this message as soon as I have more information. It was a tree on the line. The outage in Ames Lake has been restored at about 8:07pm. Sat. January 21st - All power should be restored. If you are still without power please call the office right away. 425-888-0623. Thank you for all your calls and support during the outage.
11:00 am Friday January 20th -With the additional tree damage during the night we were unable to get all members power restored. We estimate less than 20 members off this evening. A crew will be back in the morning to finish with work. If you are still without power please call the office and let the dispatcher know. Thank you for all your support. 9:00am Friday January 20~With the thaw during the night we had some more outages caused by tree limbs breaking and falling on our lines. Crews are currently working on repairs and we are expecting that by end of today all power will be restored. As always, if you see a downed power line please stay away from it and call the office.
7:40 pm Thursday 19th. The transmission line to the Tanner Substation was restored this evening. Tanner personal will get the rest of the members back on first thing Friday morning. All of our crews have worked the past 24 hours and need to rest before it is safe to return to work. We all appreciate your support and understanding. We estimate that we have less than 50 members off in the Ames Lake area.
1:00 pm Thursday January 19th The Ames Lake service area has been severely hit by the current ice storm. The transmission line serving the Valley is not expected to be restored for 2-3 days. Our crews are working in the area in rebuilding overhead lines that were damaged during recent storm. Currently all 1,450 member accounts are off. Please check back later this evening and tomorrow for new updates we receive from PSE.
1/19/12 5:00am The Tanner Crews have been working throughout the night on multiple outages in all 3 of service areas. Due to the freezing weather conditions we are sending our crews home at this time and will return to work after daylight and when the conditions become safer for our crews to restore the power.
1/19/12-- 2:30AM Power restored-----1/18/12 11:55PM Power is out on 294th Ave in the Tolt Hill area. There is 2 spans of primary wire on the ground, the crew at this location making the repairs to the lines now. 1/19/12 All Power to Ames Lake at 12:35 AM.(except a few members on 294th in Carnation) 1/18/12 10:20PM Power Off--- Some members are without service on W & E Ames Lake Ln NE. A tree limb has broken off and on the lines. 1/18/12 The Ames Lake/Redmond Tanner service area experienced several outages today due to the snow and fallen limbs. All power is back in service as of 4:15pm today.
